Calisthenics Fundamentals

“To be a complete athlete, start at the basics”

The Calisthenics “basic” class will introduce you to a pure form of training with nothing but your own bodyweight. Help your body to train strength, and it will teach you endurance and mobility. Calisthenics is a powerful method to get fit in a very versatile way. Most exercises are compound exercises, also greatly improving your body coordination.

HOW CAN I JOIN A CLASS?

Go to the page “Schedule” and click on a date & time you prefer, create an account then at payment options select “Trail Class” and you booked your spot!

At what level can I join?

If you can do a push-up on your knees than your fit to join a Calisthenics basic class!

What do I bring?

Water / fruit and warm clothing if necessary

How does a training go?

It’s a full body workout with technique and strength training.

AM I STRONG ENOUGH TO JOIN A CLASS?

Everyone is strong enough! We train with only our body weight, and all exercises can easily be modified. If you can perform a push-up from your knees, you’re more than okay to join!

Why calisthenics?

Doing Calisthenics has various benefits. Not only does it make you stronger and fitter. It’s not just about fitness. Calisthenics is about challenging yourself in a safe atmosphere. Get out of your comfort zone and just focus on learning crazy moves, happy as a kid on a playground anywhere in the world.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CALISTHENICS "FUNDAMENTALS"& "ADVANCED" CLASSES?

During our ‘Fundamental’ classes, we work on the basic moves of Calisthenics. We get stronger and more agile gradually, preparing our bodies for more advanced moves. In the ‘Advanced’ classes, we focus on the more advanced Calisthenics moves, like handstands, planches, front and back levers.

INDOOR OR OUTDOOR?

We have an outside training area and also an indoor spot where you can chill, play games and get changed.
