The Calisthenics “basic” class will introduce you to a pure form of training with nothing but your own bodyweight. Help your body to train strength, and it will teach you endurance and mobility. Calisthenics is a powerful method to get fit in a very versatile way. Most exercises are compound exercises, also greatly improving your body coordination.
I’ve always loved sports, but somewhere along the line I forgot what it was to really play. To move without constantly pushing yourself to the edge, and aiming for bigger and better the whole time.
