Everyone is strong enough! We train with only our body weight, and all exercises can easily be modified. If you can perform a push-up from your knees, you’re more than okay to join!
Depending on the weather, make sure you are well-dressed and, if necessary, bring gloves with you and also bring a towel, a water bottle and preferably some fruit for afterwards, as this will help you recover faster.
Doing Calisthenics has various benefits. Not only does it make you stronger and fitter. It’s not just about fitness. Calisthenics is about challenging yourself in a safe atmosphere. Get out of your comfort zone and just focus on learning crazy moves, happy as a kid on a playground anywhere in the world.

We have an outside training area and also an indoor spot where you can chill, play games and get changed.
During our ‘Basic’ classes, we work on the fundamentals of Calisthenics. We get stronger and more agile gradually, preparing our bodies for more advanced moves. In the ‘Advanced’ classes, we focus on the more advanced Calisthenics moves, like handstands, planches, front and back levers.
