INTAKE

During the introduction we want to know your story, and we tell you more about our working method and see if there’s a positive click between us.

SETTING GOALS

You will be linked to a coach with whom you will determine your goals for the coming weeks.

MEASUREMENTS

We start with a body scan to create a baseline. This is an important part to measure your progression and helps to see the results.

NUTRITIONAL ADVICE

With an app we look at your weekly intake, and we give advice depending on your goals, what you can and cannot eat.

FIRST SESSION

During the first training, the focus of your coach is on analyzing your movement patterns. Based on this, a training schedule will be drawn up for you.

CALISTHENICS IS BOOMING

Are you done making a training schedule, but after two weeks you don’t feel like exercising anymore? Are you not getting better at pull-ups or muscle-ups?

Depending on the goals, we create a tailor-made program specially for you to achieve your goal. Send us a message explaining your goals.

Offer 12, 24 & 36 week programs and this depends on your goal. If you’ve never done a pull-up before and your goal is to do 8 reps, it will take at least 2 to 3 months for your muscles to adjust to the intensity, so we’ll test how long you realistically need.

Our main location is in Amsterdam-Noord, but when necessary our trainers come to the park closest to you!

Yes you can, but it needs to be looked at together with the trainer to make sure this is beneficial for the long run.

Yes that’s possible. Depending on where you want to start your personal training sessions, we connect you with one of the best calisthenics trainers the closest near you, so you don’t spend too much time on traveling!

Of course! If you want to start personal training together with someone else it will be “half” as personal, but the cost will be lower for both of you.

No worries, you’re not the only one and together with the trainer you’ll look for a consistent planning tailor made depending on your calendar.

After you set a realistic goal, it should be almost impossible not to reach your goals, but when it happens we offer you a free service until you reach it!

I discovered this place recently and absolutely love it. Wesley and Lodewijk are great trainers and the community is amazing as well. It is a nice variation to my regular weightlifting training.Would highly recommend!

I've been going there for 6 months now. I started because I got injured and couldn't do my usual sport but I think I'm not going back. Trainings are more than anything fun and the atmosphere is great. The trainers really manage to set an open environment and stimulate peer encouragement. Trainings are suitable for all levels in any day as the trainers know very well how to adapt the exercises for everyone. Calisthenics is a very complete sport and the people in charge really know what they are doing, I have not had an injury and have noticeably gotten stronger overall, further I feel my mind-body connection has improved. All in all, it is a great place and I would recommend it to anyone.

Was looking for a place where I would not feel overwhelmed by performance anxiety. I usually like to workout on my own pace. In Calisthenics Amsterdam I felt welcomed by the experienced people. There is a lot of care by the teachers for you to not over do it and be mindful of your own body. It taught me a lot about how working out can be enjoyable and something you gift to yourself. It motivated me to look for more challenging workouts. What I learned there about my self and body I will take with me for life :)
