How much does a program cost?
Depending on the goals, we create a tailor-made program specially for you to achieve your goal. Send us a message explaining your goals.
How long does a program last?
Offer 12, 24 & 36 week programs and this depends on your goal. If you’ve never done a pull-up before and your goal is to do 8 reps, it will take at least 2 to 3 months for your muscles to adjust to the intensity, so we’ll test how long you realistically need.
Where is Calisthenics Amsterdam located?
Our main location is in Amsterdam-Noord, but when necessary our trainers come to the park closest to you!
Can I change my goals during the program?
Yes you can, but it needs to be looked at together with the trainer to make sure this is beneficial for the long run.
Can the trainer come to my park?
Yes that’s possible. Depending on where you want to start your personal training sessions, we connect you with one of the best calisthenics trainers the closest near you, so you don’t spend too much time on traveling!
Can I bring a friend or colleague?
Of course! If you want to start personal training together with someone else it will be “half” as personal, but the cost will be lower for both of you.
What If I don’t have a regular schedule?
No worries, you’re not the only one and together with the trainer you’ll look for a consistent planning tailor made depending on your calendar.
What happens if I don’t reach my goal?
After you set a realistic goal, it should be almost impossible not to reach your goals, but when it happens we offer you a free service until you reach it!
