Calisthenics Beginner Program

Designed for those new to calisthenics or fitness in general, this program includes upper body, lower body, and full-body classes. It focuses on building foundational strength and progressing slowly to prevent injury. The program follows a structured schedule for optimal progressive overload, helping participants safely increase their capacity over time.

Calisthenics Advanced Program

For those who have mastered the basics, these classes offer more challenging skills and exercises. They focus on advanced calisthenics movements like muscle-ups, handstand push-ups, and front levers.

Handstand Mobility Program

A dedicated program focussed on mastering the skill of Handstands! Grow in your upside-down skills, overcome your fear and finally get off the wall and balance yourself without support.

Strength & Conditioning

This training is specially made to work on your cardio in addition to strength by doing quick Calisthenics exercises within a short time frame. This keeps the heart rate high and burns more calories! A perfect cardio class to compliment your Calisthenics training.
