This “Monday – Wednesday – Friday” program targets all muscle groups for strength and a more toned body.
During these classes we work on two different skills. We repeat, strengthen and fine-tune for 3 months before we integrate a new skill. Requirements: 8 Pull-ups / 12 Dips / 16 Push-ups.
Grow in your Handstand skills, overcome your fear and finally get off the wall and balance yourself without support.
This training is specially made to work on your cardio in addition to strength by doing quick Calisthenics exercises within a short time frame. This keeps the heart rate high and burns more calories!
