CLASSES

Calisthenics Beginner Program

This “Monday – Wednesday – Friday” program targets all muscle groups for strength and a more toned body.

Calisthenics Advanced Program

During these classes we work on two different skills. We repeat, strengthen and fine-tune for 3 months before we integrate a new skill. Requirements: 8 Pull-ups / 12 Dips / 16 Push-ups.

Mobility Classes

We offer the perfect balance between strength and mobility. You don’t want to be limited by your strength or muscles but feel functional and free!

Calisthenics Strength & Conditioning

This training is specially made to work on your cardio in addition to strength by doing quick Calisthenics exercises within a short time frame. This keeps the heart rate high and burns more calories!
