InBody biometric scan results, physical assessments, and health information shared during training are special category data under Article 9 GDPR. 6. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your personal data for the following periods:

Membership and contract data — 7 years after the end of your membership (legal obligation under Dutch tax law)
Financial data — 7 years (legal obligation)
Health and biometric data — for the duration of your membership plus 1 year, unless you request earlier deletion
Marketing data — until you withdraw consent or opt out
Usage and cookie data — maximum 2 years
Enquiry and communication data — 2 years after last contact

After these periods, your data is securely deleted or anonymised.
